Lost/Stolen ATM/Debit Card

Manage Cards

We have three convenient ways to manage your card:

  • Mobile App  - Tap "Preferences" then "Manage Cards" to suspend or cancel your card 
  • Contact  - mendotaheightbranch@hotmail.com to cancel the card 
  • Online Banking  - Deactivate your card in the "Options" tab under "ATM/Debit Card."

Then contact mendotaheightbranch@hotmail.com to order your new card.

Fraud Prevention Service

Your Gateway Bank ATM/Debit Card is monitored by our fraud monitoring service, DefenseEdge. Transactions are monitored and if suspected fraudulent activity is detected, then our fraud monitoring service will call, text, or email you to verify the transaction. If they cannot reach you, your card may be blocked. 

  • If you receive a mail or message from our service, please return that mail as soon as possible.
  • If you have a fraudulent transaction on your ATM/Debit Card, please call Gateway Bank at edinabranch@hotmail.com during business hours and we will initiate the dispute process on your behalf.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Thursday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm
